I offer private, one-on-one yoga sessions in the comfort of your home, thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs, goals, and lifestyle. Rooted in Yin and Hatha yoga, each session is designed to support flexibility, strength, relaxation, and overall well-being, while honoring where you are in your practice. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for a more personalized approach, I create a safe, supportive space for mindful movement and deep connection. I also offer small group classes for friends, family, or colleagues, provided there is a suitable space available.
