I’m not very flexible, does that matter?
Nope! Yoga is an ancient practice from India, and physical movement is just one small part of its rich and holistic tradition. Flexibility is not a requirement—it’s something that naturally develops with consistent practice. We all begin somewhere, and I’m no exception. What matters most is showing up with openness and patience.
What if I’ve never practiced Yoga before?
I’m so excited that you are interested in trying something new! My classes are not meant to be difficult but they will challenging you in a new and exciting way. If you would like to try in a one-on-one setting first, I am happy to arrange an individual class.
What Should I bring?
Please bring water and a yoga mat. You may also bring a blanket or a bolster if you desire. We have a limited number of blocks and straps available.
Where are you located?
I am based out of Driven to Train studio in Whitinsville. All in person classes are held at the Driven Studio.
What type of yoga do you teach?
I typically teach Hatha and Yin Yoga but I occassionally may add some Vinyasa flows into my classes. I always create modifications so my classes are accessible to yogis of all levels.
Are Classes Refundable?
Unfortunately all classes are nonrefundable.
What if I have a health condition or injury?
Please consult with your doctor or healthcare provider before starting yoga if you have any health concerns or injuries and also let me know in advance of any issues I should be aware of.
What should I wear?
It’s best to wear loose, breathable clothing but any type of athletic wear is acceptable as well!
