Sunrise Energy Yoga

Sunrise Energy Yoga is designed to help you start your day with intention and vitality. This invigorating class awakens both the body and spirit, gently stretching out stiffness from a restful night’s sleep—or recharging after a long night of work. By working deep into the muscles and generating gentle heat, we activate the body and mind. It’s the perfect way to energize your senses and set a positive tone for the day ahead.

Awakening Yoga

Awakening Yoga invites you to slow down, tune in, and truly listen to what your body needs. This gentle, Yin-inspired class encourages longer-held postures that allow you to release deeply into the fascia and connective tissues. With each breath, you’re guided to soften, surrender, and let go. Held on Sunday mornings, it’s the perfect way to either ease into the week ahead—or reflect and restore at week’s end.

I offer individual coaching sessions for those seeking a more personal, quiet, and focused experience.
